Job Description:

Infinity Labs is looking for a Professional Services Consultant – Firewall with deep expertise in designing and implementing firewall and network security solutions. The consultant will work remotely with enterprise customers and internal teams to deploy, configure, and troubleshoot firewall infrastructures in complex network environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Deliver remote design, implementation, and consulting services focused on firewall technologies.
Collaborate with enterprise clients and internal teams to provide seamless service delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve advanced network and firewall issues.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
Ensure solutions align with customer network security policies and standards.

Technical Skills Required:

Strong understanding of firewall technologies, networking concepts, LAN/WAN architecture.
Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewall installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Expertise in Remote Access VPN, IPSEC, SSL, PKI, and NAT.
Proficient in TCP/IP networking, routing protocols, and firewall policy design.
Proven experience debugging complex network topologies involving firewalls and mixed protocols.
