Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Network & Security Engineer with hands-on experience in Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) technologies, especially Zscaler and/or Netskope platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting secure network access solutions across distributed enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage Zscaler or Netskope SASE solutions for secure access to cloud and on-prem resources.
Troubleshoot and resolve network and security issues related to SASE deployments.
Monitor network performance and security events using SIEM, dashboards, and SASE tools.
Design and enforce secure access policies, URL filtering, CASB, and DLP policies.
Collaborate with IT, security, and application teams to ensure secure and seamless connectivity.
Participate in onboarding and provisioning of users, devices, and applications to SASE platforms.
Handle escalations and perform root cause analysis for incidents related to SASE infrastructure.
Stay updated with emerging trends in cloud security and access technologies.
Required Skills:
2–10 years of experience in network and security engineering.
Hands-on experience with Zscaler ZIA/ZPA or Netskope Security Cloud platforms.
Strong understanding of SASE architecture, cloud proxy, CASB, SWG, and zero trust access.
Solid knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, SSL) and routing/switching.
Familiarity with identity providers (Okta, Azure AD) and their integration with SASE solutions.
Experience with firewalls, proxy servers, and secure web gateways.
Nice to Have:
Certifications like Zscaler Certified Professional, Netskope Cloud Security Certification, or CCNA/CCNP Security.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integration with SASE solutions.
Scripting skills (Python, Bash) for automation and monitoring tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Relevant certifications in networking or security are an added advantage.
