Key Skills:
• Understanding & Hands on Experience of working with Cloud Networking concepts (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) or in cybersecurity in a technical support, technical sales support, Customer Success Engineer or other hands-on support or engineering function
• Familiarity with multi-factor authentication security systems (tokens, certificates, and similar)
• Strong consulting and project management skills, with proven results working as a reliable advisor to drive business value for customers
• Highly data-driven with a dedication to following the process
• Passionate about driving and tracking a consistent engagement process with all customers in your portfolio
• Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment with constant change to address emerging security risks and challenges
Your Impact:
• You’ll be involved in implementing new products, transitioning from old products to new, and will fix integrations and critical issues as they are raised – in fact, you’ll seek them out to ensure our clients are safely supported
• Responsible for CSAT, Adoption, Consumption, Customer Engagement
• Ownership and participation in customer support through ticketing system
• Assist customers in implementing cloud solutions and fully integrate these into their security operations
• Be the first line of defense in proactively addressing customer needs for technical assistance, and coordinating and prioritizing timely resolutions with engineering teams
• Coach customers on how to establish and manage their Cloud Apps Security Management
• Identify risks to the customer achieving their stated business goals and work with the account team to build a risk mitigation plan or escalate as needed
