Job Description Professional Services Consultant (XSOAR)

Educational B.E,B.Tech,BCA/MCA
Experience 6+ Years
Communication Excellent (Written & Spoken), working with overseas clients
Mandatory Worked in SOC for 3+ Years as L2 Security Analyst
Worked on SOAR tools Demisto/Splunk Phantom/Swimlane
Familiar with any of the SIEM Tools
(ARC sight/Splunk/RSA Netwitness)
Good knowledge on Linux troubleshooting
Familar with Python programming / scripting to deploy/customise automation
Mandatory Certification CCNA
Desired Certification PCNSE/CEH/PCSAE/CCIE/OSCP highly desired

Job Responsibilities-

– Create and customise Demisto Playbooks
– Deploy Demisto instances in cloud and on premises
– Contact customers to setup live deployment session into respective tech
– Schedule live sessions
– Update Clarizen project tasks, states, issues and summaries
– Project communication
– Project closure
– Happy Customers
